Our process begins with two short questionnaires, completed in two stages, to define your objectives, constraints, and risk tolerance. Based on this information, we carry out an independent search and deliver a vetted shortlist of five purchase-ready properties that match your profile — each with analysis, red-flag notes, and a clear process map from lawyer to notary to registry.

This method creates transparency — the basis of trust between you, the legal professionals, and the system you are entering. To initiate the search, a €1,000 non-refundable fee is required. Upon signing the purchase agreement, a €2,000 success fee becomes due. Optional referrals to vetted legal counsel are available; all legal costs are paid directly by the client.
