SHADi Associates is a Budapest-based knowledge and advisory firm specializing in cross-border mobility intelligence, residency visa consulting, and property navigation across Europe. Founded by Mohammad Ali Azad Samiei - a social anthropologist, institutional analyst, and Fulbright Scholar with over 15 years of experience decoding how governments regulate access through immigration law, bureaucracy, and administrative systems.
Educated at the University of Oslo (MPhil Social Anthropology) and Central European University (MBA), Mohammad has lived and studied residency systems across Norway, Hungary, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Malta, Croatia, Germany, Australia, and Italy.
